Giant Killer brief - initial ideas/ analysis

Here I am trying to define some deliverables for the brief, and the next thing I will look at will be the design direction. I am feeling already that the design direction will be a vintage theme, paying homage to the design approach of the 1970's with regards to football. Perhaps the print processes could be replicated too.
